The Audemars Piguet (AP), brand has earned its reputation and is currently one of the hottest watches on the market today. I’m going to tell you about my favourite AP model today, the Royal Oak. It just so happened that Justin Bieber purchased a vintage AP Royal Oak for his wedding to Haily Bieber last weekend and was seen posting it all over social media. The Royal Oak is the model in the Audemars Piguet collection that everyone wants or needs to have in their watch collection. One of the major reasons, these watches can be extremely difficult to acquire in the first place. Many of them are on a wait list and Audemars Piguet has limited the amount they produce. Thus making them harder and harder for people to get their hands on one. What makes the Previously Enjoyed watch that much cooler then a normal Royal Oak is its unique size, 39mm. It was in 2012 that AP decided to move away from the 39mm and go to a 41mm. All that has done as made people want the 39mm even more. I personally own Royal Oak 41mm and couldn’t wait to see how the 39mm compared.
You may not think that 2mm would make a difference but it actually was noticeably smaller. I’m not sure it was noticeable smaller to the “eye”, but, I could tell it was a touch smaller than my 41mm when wearing. This is such an easy size of watch to wear. My opinion in steel bands… nobody makes a more comfortable band then Audemars Piguet. This watch is effortless and probably the easiest watch anyone could ever ask for to wear and style. Stainless steel with a white face pretty much goes with everything.

The great part about the stainless steel version of the Royal Oak is it tends to be the most sought after. If you’re looking to buy something that will maintain its value in years to come, the stainless steel AP is a safe bet. If you’re looking to add to your collection, this is also a great choice. It has all the flair of the Royal Oak with some extra complications and a unique size.
