The Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore model has proven itself extremely popular in the watch industry since 1993. Previously Enjoyed Watch has me testing out a Royal Oak Offshore Rubber Clad Rose Gold model and I’m thrilled to tell you more about the watch and my time wearing it.
Audemars Piguet release is extremely popular Royal Oak design in 1972. To mark the 20th anniversary of the watch Audemars Piguet hired a young designer, Emmanuel Gueit, to design a new watch known as the Royal Oak Offshore. The Offshore version was formally introduced in 1993 with a larger 42mm case. Its concept was to be a tougher watch than the Royal Oak. The Royal Oak Offshore now comes in both 42mm and 44mm.

Right away I knew this watch was my style. I personally prefer rose gold to yellow gold and Audemars Piguet does a stunning rose gold color. When it comes to watches with a larger case diameter and thickness, I like to wear with a rubber strap. I just find the rubber strap does a better job at balancing the weight of the case. This watch is 18K rose gold so you can bet it has some substance to it. I found it extremely easy to wear and VERY comfortable. I would not hesitate wearing this watch daily.
