The holidays are fast approaching and Previously Enjoyed has lots of amazing timepieces to make sure you pull through for your loved ones this season. First up we have a Jaeger-Lecoultre Polaris Mariner Date that will surely brighten someones Christmas morning. With the perfect combination of elegance with a sporty edge, the Jaeger-Lecoultre is a great addition to the Polaris lineup.
The Jaeger‑LeCoultre Polaris collection is inspired from the Memovox Polaris from 1968 (an icon of the Grande Maison). The Memovox Polaris watch from 1968 had two off-center crowns and slighted domed glass to help divers readability while diving. Jaeger-LeCoultre took this inspiration and added some sporty details to create the 2021 Jaeger-LeCoultre Palaris Mariner Date we see today.

I want to speak a little about the dial and how beautifully the details are. Most Polaris models are known for their rich blue tones mixed with black dials. This version brings everything together with a stunning gradient that resembles the depth of the ocean. The center of the dial is blue and it gradually turns to black towards the outer dial. It’s a striking dial and a real piece of art.

The hour indicator dashes break up the blue dial with strong pops of white. and the numerals at the 6, 9, 12 position have a nice contrast. There is also some subtle touches of orange throughout which I feel brings the driving element into this diver watch.

Let’s now look at the wearability of this watch. The watch measures 42mm. For reference, my wrist size is 7 inches (a little below average). The watch sits nicely on my wrist and the band was confortable to wear. As the watch trend is going towards smaller case diameters, 42mm would be as big as I would purchase for my wrist size.

My overall takeaway after testing this Jaeger-LeCoultre from Previously Enjoyed was very good. In todays competitive watch market is great to have an option for a solid stainless steel watch without having to pay an arm and a leg. Jaeger-LeCoultre has been around since 1833 and continues to be a leader in the watch industry.
Why you have to shop @ Beverly Hills Watch… Beverly Hills Watch has been around since 1979. The sell both new and used watches. It’s easy to shop around for watches online, but you don’t always know what your getting. The “previously enjoyed” division of Beverly Hills Watch is a little different then your average online shop. Watches brought in on trade from current clients who purchased the watch from them in the past means they have the proper pedigree with all these watches. All new clients who are trading watches go through a very thorough verification process so you can be certain you are getting exactly what you are paying for.
